At Parkwood Hills Softball, we have a division for almost every age group, from age 4 to adult. The bulk of our registration occurs prior to our season opening on May 1st. * PHSA Cancer Foundation Tournament
PHSA Slo - Pitch charity tournament will be held August 14-15 at Carlington Park. Fundraiser for Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation.

* Fall Ball
PHSA will host a Fall league from Sept 1 - Oct 13th at a cost of $250.00 per team. We can hold up to 16 teams with games played at Nepean Sportsplex and the two fields at Bell High school. If interested, please contact Shawn Seary by phone (613)225-4087 or email. Team fees due August 1st to reserve a spot.
* New 2010 Mon/Wed Slo-pitch Rules
Rule7: Offensive Team - All batting orders must alternate two male, one female.
Rule8: In the batting order, less than four females will result in an automatic out in the missing persons position (4th), teams MUST then bump up the next female batter in the order after taking the auto out. This is to prevent 4 male batters in a row. Defensive positions MUST be left vacant if under 4 female.
* Bats
PHSA will follow the ASA banned bat list in 2010 not the USSSA bat policy.
