Softball for All Ages
At Parkwood Hills Softball, we have a division for almost every age group, from age 4 to adult. For more information on any of our leagues, click on the "Youth Softball" or "Adult Softball" buttons at the left-hand side of the page.

2010 News & Notes
Youth
* Team Photos
If anyone has not collected their team photo, please contact Shawn Seary at (613) 225-4087.
* Youth Participation in 2008
Females = 91
Males = 97
Total kids = 188

Adult
* Division Re-alignment
As a reminder please be advised that team who finished first or last in their respective divisions at the end of regular season (playoffs do not count) will be moved up or down a pool where applicable. The league reserves the right to move more than one team to balance division numbers if need be.
2010 will see PHSA go to 4 divisions A through D with 2009 B pool divided in half according to final standings. All new teams entering PHSA will do so within the B or C pools year number one until we can rate them.
Pools will be capped as follows:
A - 8 teams
B - 10 teams
C - 10 teams
D - 6 teams
34 teams maximum in 2010. Our fee will be $1300.00 per team.
* New 2009 Mon/Wed Slo-pitch Rules
Rule7: Offensive Team - All batting orders must alternate two male, one female.
Rule8: In the batting order, less than four females will result in an automatic out in the missing persons position (4th), teams MUST then bump up the next female batter in the order after taking the auto out. This is to prevent 4 male batters in a row. Defensive positions MUST be left vacant if under 4 female.
* Fall Ball
Fall Ball Will be back on in 2010!! If interested, please contact Shawn Seary.
* Bats
PHSA will follow at ASA banned bat list in 2010 not the USSSA bat policy.
* Adult Participation in 2009
Females = 408
Males = 743
Total adults = 1151
