PHSA YOUTH JUNIOR EXECUTIVE
The purpose of the Junior Executive is to get youth involved with running our Softball Association. Junior Executives are usually comprised of 4-6 young volunteers, who form what is basically a sub-committee of the regular Executive or Board. They have their own President or Chair, who represents them at regular Board Meetings, and they hold their own Junior Executive Meetings on a regular basis (which will be attended by a representative of the regular Board). The Junior Executive puts forth proposals to the Board on various initiatives within their league. All proposals will be taken seriously and put to a full vote at regular Board Meetings. This is a great way to give players a voice, plus greater ownership in the Association they play in.
